  • Are you accepting new patients?

    Yes, we welcome new patients.
  • When will I receive lab or test results?

    You will receive a call quickly with any lab results that require urgent attention. All other lab results will be addressed promptly by the provider that ordered the labs or tests and reported to you via phone by our nurses.
  • When should my baby start solid foods?

    As all children are different, we advise following several appropriate steps to advance your child's diet based on age and development.   • I just gave birth. When should I schedule my baby's first doctor visit?

    We recommend that your newborn be seen in our office within a few days after discharge from the hospital. Our staff understands the importance of this first visit and will make every effort to schedule this visit promptly.
  • How do we contact the doctor after hours?

    Please call our main number, 610-642-9200, to be directed to our triage nurses. Our triage nurses are highly trained and experienced, and follow nationally recognized medical protocols that have been reviewed by our physicians. One of our physicians is always “on call” and available at all times to support our triage nurses. Please be aware that after-hours calls are intended for urgent medical issues that cannot wait until the next business day. Pages are typically returned within 15 minutes. Please call back if you have not received a timely response.

  • How do I obtain a prescription refill?

    Please call our office and follow the prompts for our prescription refill line. Most requests require 24-48 hour notice.

    Controlled substances which are commonly prescribed to treat ADD/ADHD require a minimum notice of 10 days. Refills will only be authorized if the patient has had a well visti within the previous 12 months.

    For prescriptions that require prior authorization from your insurance company, please plan ahead to allow at least three to five days for refill approval.

    Prescription refills are refilled Monday through Friday only during normal business hours (8am-5pm).
  • Do you accept my health insurance plan?

    We accept most major insurance plans except Medicaid/Medicare plans. For more information, please refer to the insurance tab under office info.
  • My child needs to see a specialist. What do I do?

    For non-urgent referrals: when one of our doctors refers you to a specialist, please schedule your appointment with the specialist, then call our office within five business days of your appointment. Your referral will be available within 72 hours. Most referrals are completed electronically and submitted directly to the specialist’s office. Please check with our office staff to determine if your insurance plan processes referrals electronically.

    For urgent referrals: when one of our doctors determines that you need an urgent referral, your referral will be initiated immediately.Please remain in our office while your referral is processed, then proceed to your specialist.

    All referrals require the approval of your primary care provide.
  • What days of the week are you open?

    Our Narberth office is open Monday through Friday, with evening hours Monday through Wednesday. Saturday morning hours are available in Narberth for scheduled sick visits only. Our Malvern office is open Monday through Friday. Both locations offer a 'quick sick' time from 8:00am – 8:45am Monday through Friday for acute illnesses. As our daily schedule is subject to change, please call to confirm office hours.
  • Until what age will you provide medical care for my child?

    Our patient ages range from newborn to 22 years. We request that new patients are 16 or younger.
