Our patient portal allows you to track your child's growth, view their recent visit summaries and immunization status, message your PCP, request medication refills, print forms or school notes from home, and more!
- Download the Healow App on your phone.
- Enter practice code --> EDAFBD
- Enter username (child's first initial, last name, 6-digit-DOB - no spaces)
- Create a password and PIN.
