Dr. Cameron Amirault is a board certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In 1999, Dr. Amirault graduated cum laude from Boston College with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. After graduation, Dr. Amirault decided on a medical career and completed the pre-medical post baccalaureate program at Harvard University Extension School. She then returned to her hometown of Baltimore to attend the University of Maryland Medical School. Dr. Amirault found that she was most fulfilled taking care of children and decided to pursue a career in pediatrics.

In 2006, Dr. Amirault completed her residency at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. Following graduation, she remained at the hospital as an emergency room attending physician. After taking some time off to raise her young children, Dr. Amirault decided to devote her time to outpatient care. For the past three years, Dr. Amirault has worked at Advocare DelGiorno Pediatrics in New Jersey. To maintain a better work-life balance, Dr. Amirault joined Advocare Main Line Pediatrics in 2016. 

Dr. Amirault feels privileged to care for children at all stages of their growth and development. She strives to promote health education by teaching lifetime wellness skills and empowering children and adolescents to participate in their own care. Dr. Amirault and her husband are the parents of two wonderful and energetic daughters. She enjoys playing sports with her children, reading, photography and travel.
