Mindy F. Rosenblum, MD
Dr. Mindy F. Rosenblum is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric endocrinology. She was born and raised in New York, where she attended the Bronx High School of Science and graduated magna cum laude from Stern College of Yeshiva University. Dr. Rosenblum, her brother, and her husband all received their medical degree from New York's Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she also completed her pediatric internship and residency.
Upon moving to Philadelphia with her husband and two children, Dr. Rosenblum completed a fellowship in pediatric endocrinology at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), then opened her own private practice in general pediatrics while she continued to work and attend in CHOP's Endocrinology Department. Dr. Rosenblum has also precepted medical students in the emergency department at CHOP and has been a pediatric attending in CHOP's Monday afternoon general pediatric clinic. In 2001 Dr. Rosenblum was named a "Top Doc for Kids" by Philadelphia magazine. Dr. Rosenblum continues to mentor medical students from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine who rotate through our pediatric office.
Dr. Rosenblum has four married children. Her first was born during her first year of medical school, her second during her internship, her third during her fellowship, and her fourth when she had just started her own pediatric practice. Dr. Rosenblum's two older daughters attended Jefferson Medical College and are both board certified pediatricians. Her son is a rabbinic student and her youngest daughter is currently a nursing student. Dr. Rosenblum's husband, Dr. Jay Rosenblum, is a radiologist at Main Line Diagnostic Imaging. The Rosenblums are blessed with grandchildren numbering in the double digits. She is also blessed to be able to get up each day, go to work and continue to 'make a difference' in people's lives.
